Steve Hawkins joined our team in August of 2018, after a 25-year career with American Express as a manager for travel and financial services. Steve is responsible for processing and following up on all service requests (beneficiary changes, withdrawal requests, etc.), as well as general account maintenance. If you have questions on statements, online access, or any account related issues, please reach out to Steve and he will be happy to help you find an answer. Steve also assists with gathering financial records and reports from clients, and modeling various financial scenarios unique to each clients’ situation. Steve is originally from Indiana where he attended the University of Indianapolis, studying accounting and human resources management. He holds a Maryland Life and Health Producer license.

Steve lives in Odenton, MD with his wife, Janet. They have four children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf, watching the Indianapolis Colts, and spending time with family and friends.
